Mr. Ulibarri joined the law firm in November of 1999. His previous civil law experience was primarily in governmental entity and Civil Rights defense. He has also handled cases involving criminal defense, product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, wrongful termination, contracts, premises liability, workers' compensation reimbursement and employment discrimination.

Mr. Ulibarri has successfully represented defendants before the EEOC and NMHRD as well as in litigation in cases ranging from Title IX of the Civil Rights Act to Title VII, F.M.L.A., F.L.S.A., A.D.A., A.D.E.A., E.P.A. and the N.M.H.R.A. Mr. Ulibarri has facilitated management training for the State of New Mexico and the New Mexico Association of Counties, as well as providing instruction and continuing legal education within the State Bar of New Mexico. Mr. Ulibarri has assisted in the creation and implementation of policy and procedure to ensure compliance with State and Federal employment law.
