While at the University of New Mexico School of Law, Ms. Santos was on the National Health Law moot court team and the Animal Law moot court team. Ms. Santos was also chosen to participate in a closing argument competition at Harvard Law School. Ms. Santos sat on the executed boards of the Women's Law Caucus and the Mexican American Law Students Association and was a student liaison to the New Mexico Hispanic Bar Association. Ms. Santos first joined the firm in 2005 as a legal assistant. Ms. Santos also clerked with the firm while in law school.

Ms. Santos' practice will primarily focus on personal injury defense and insurance bad faith litigation
