Mr. Koeblitz relocated from California to New Mexico in 2009. Prior to joining the firm in October of 2010, Mr. Koeblitz worked for the New Mexico Attorney General prosecuting offenders of the Medicaid Fraud Act and Resident Abuse and Neglect Act. He also has extensive experience in insurance defense litigation including construction, bodily injury, property, employment and premises liability. Mr. Koeblitz has successfully defended and prosecuted a number of civil cases through trial.

Mr. Koeblitz has also served as an expert witness, arbitrator, mentor and Certified Special Master.
